TSC SUNDAY CLUB is a non-competitive swimming clubrunning one-hour lessons on Sunday evenings. Club work is mainly on stroke technique , starts (diving) and turns (tumble turns). As swimmers progress they will work on Water Survival Skills and Life Saving Skills . Assessments will be based on Timed Distance Swims on all strokes (50m, 100m, 200m etc.) and Water Survival Skills assessments.

You will be contacted with either a start date or an estimated length of time you will spend on the waiting list. The club costs are £18 per month per swimmer and is paid by Direct Debit.

Equipment required:- swimming hat (long hair); goggles; swim trunks (boys); full costume (girls).

Optional Equipment (recommended) :- kickboard/float; fins/flippers; pull buoy; hand paddles.
